The model follows the overall building shape, facade and supplied floor plans for Units A and B. The furniture, materials and landscaping are a proposed finished design.
The veranda is 2 m deep, with a straight front edge and a continuous side section connecting the two entrances of Unit A. It ends against the rear wall of the neighbouring Unit B and serves Unit A only. The preserved tree stands clear of the deck, about 2 m farther forward. Both the central front steps and the side steps opposite the side entrance connect the veranda to the garden.
The photos and plan do not provide an exact architectural survey: dimensions, stair details, the tree position and some openings are approximate. This is a concept visualization, not a construction drawing. The basement and attic are not included in the tour.
Original plan and technical notes
Unit A is the front section, with its entrance on the front facade. Unit B is the connected rear section. You can explore the interiors of both units. The separate basement doors are closed.
